Cookies & Cream Protein Bars

0 Gather all ingredients.
1 Place the oats into a blender or food processor and process until finely ground.
2 Place cashew butter and honey in a large bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir together.
3 Add remaining ingredients to the bowl.
4 Mix very well until everything is combined.
9 Note: The consistency of the dough depends on your specific ingredients! If the dough is too dry or crumbly, add more cashew butter or honey.
5 Place a piece of parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
6 Firmly press the batter onto the baking sheet and spread so that it is all one layer and covers the baking sheet.
7 Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least one hour.
8 Cut into bars and enjoy!
